This year I absolutely fell in love with vintage Halloween decorations. Show me anything even remotely vintage Halloween decor-ish, and I’m in. But I have a big problem buying something that I KNOW I can make myself. So of course I had to make my own vintage Halloween crafts.
I set to looking online and Pinterest (of course) to find some vintage Halloween decorating ideas, and I found these vintage Halloween images at The Graphics Fairy. I had just recently bought this display box so I decided to fill it with the vintage Halloween photos.
So I painted the box and using a mixture of vintage Halloween cards, vintage Halloween art labels, and vintage Halloween postcards, I filled in the boxes. I love my new vintage Halloween decoration!
Yay for before and after pics:

at (12 years ago)Such a cute project! I, too, refuse to pay for something I know I can recreate my own way. Plus, I enjoy vintage Halloween decor and crafts. I recently discovered some at a quaint little shop called The Little Blue House. You can check it out here: http://www.thelittlebluehouseonline.com/
Btw, I found your blog in the comments section over at Butter with a Side of Bread. 😉 So glad I stopped by; I love your projects!!
