Quick and Easy DIY Halloween Craft

The time is ticking down until Halloween, and I still haven’t gotten all my Halloween crafts up! I at least have one more to post right now, and hopefully two more to go. Here is my quick and easy Halloween crate that I made.

I bought this crate from the salvation army and it had some Christmas labels on it. I found these vintage Halloween art labels here on Paper Crane, and printed two out, then pasted them onto either side of the crate. I forgot to take a before picture, but here is the initial shot of the labels on the crate.

I didn’t think the crate looked “scary enough” (or as scary as a simple crate can be, anyway), so I roughed it up with some sand paper. In total, with drying time, the whole craft probably took only 15 minutes at the most. A very fun, quick, and easy Halloween craft! Now if I could only get everything else finished in time for the big day (October 31, that is).
